Abstract
In antiquity there were two basic theories explaining an origin of language. Aristotle asserted, that the verbal signs receive the meaning by virtue of the agreement between the people, Plato believed the names correspond to a nature of designated objects or otherwise have an identical nature with them. But this identity distinguishes from usual and carries mystical character $(z=_mZ)$. In this ”natural" theory of language the function of reference R is specific. Let z is a name, and R
- the function of reference for names, R depends from the certain basis
-$q:R(z)/q=Z$, where $z=_mZ$. The mystical identity has property of transitivity, therefore all objects designated by the same word, are somewhat identical This understanding of a reference allows to explain some ideas kabbala, sufizm, tantrizm both other philosophical and mystical doctrines.
